The process of obtaining a licence is not easy and has many nuances. Legislation changes quite often, and the requirements that were in place yesterday may no longer be relevant today. Submission of documents:

You send us a package of documents for a licence by courier and we submit it to the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control for consideration by the licensing commission, which makes a decision within 10 working days.

The issued licence has an electronic form, which means entering information about the licensee into the official register on the website of the authorised licensing authority.

If you are in doubt whether you are obliged to obtain this licence, you need to determine whether the substances you use are controlled substances, namely precursors, psychotropic drugs, narcotic substances – this can be done by reading the Licensing Conditions approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 282 of 06 April 2016.

IMPORTANT! Please note that the charter of your company must provide for the types of activities related to controlled substances for which you plan to obtain a licence.
