Registration of pesticides and agrochemicals

All pesticides, fertilisers and agrochemicals are subject to registration, except for those that do not contain trace elements and are listed in the Annex to the Law of Ukraine On Pesticides and Agrochemicals. To register such fertilisers, it is only necessary to obtain the conclusion of a sanitary and epidemiological examination. For all other fertilisers, there is a registration process that involves the preparation of a dossier of documents and testing for efficacy and safety. For such trials, the deadline for submitting documents is 25 March of the year in which the trial is planned. No documents will be accepted after this deadline. The estimated registration period is 6 months.
